I Didn’t catch his name, but one of the guys had a nasty attitude for no reason and was very rude. He wasn’t even the one helping me, he was sitting on some stairs watching his phone when he decided to chyme into the conversation. I didn’t even want help anymore, I left immediately after that. I’d rather drive further or go to another auto parts store. I will never come back to this location.
I get sold wrong parts 100% of the time Evelyn has zero auto motive training and is absolutely no help, she can’t help you locate a torque wrench, the other employee advised they are on the shelf behind her, you ask for a 3/8 torque wrench and she hands you a 1/2 torque wrench…. Don’t waste your time at this store, go somewhere else
