Extremely poor customer service at AutoZone today at 10:58 AM on New Year’s Day 2026! The employee was rude from the moment I walked in. When I asked about my battery, he immediately said, “I hope you don’t need it changed because it’s too cold,” in a dismissive tone. Outside, he was visibly agitated, struggled to open the hood, complained about a rule regarding cold weather, couldn’t locate the battery, and then asked me to find it myself.
