My fiancé and I came into AutoZone because our car wouldn’t start or stay running. We weren’t sure if the problem was the battery, alternator, or something else. Weston went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to thoroughly test both our battery and alternator, explained everything clearly, and helped us determine that the battery was the issue. Great customer service, very helpfull at finding the exact parts you need! And a huge shout out to Weston, at the Fair oaks location! If you ever have a problem he's the guy to go to to help you figure it out no matter how big or small. I would rather go to him with my questions or concerns rather than deal with an unknowladgeable gray shirt. Especially the ones at the date or Auburn locations! I placed an order online last night for pick up. I kept checking and there was no update on the order. Finally, I was about to call and check on the order. I logged in online and checked and one of my items had been returned. I called the store to ask about it and they said it was out of stock. I ask if anybody was gonna let me know that it wasn't available, and then they transferred me to somebody else.
