I stopped by AutoZone expecting some quick help with car parts, but the experience was… unique. The staff here aren’t your typical “how can I help you today?” type—they’re more like a panel of judges on a reality TV show. The guys were super sassy, giving me that “let’s see what you do next” look while I browsed. It wasn’t rude exactly, but it definitely felt like I was shopping under a spotlight.
Employee said my battery was not good I took it somewhere else and it turned out it was never charged.. very unprofessional and definitely don't have good customer service.
