Latise and Blue went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me !! I had a car emergency and they took out the time to come to my vehicle and connect the code machine to see what was wrong with my vehicle because I needed to make sure and I did not want to get rid of it for no reason! They are the most considerate and compassionate auto zone employees I have ever encountered and I thank God for them
Was in there 5/06/2025 black male with dreads Grey shirt believe his name was Thomas ( manager) didn't seem like he wanted to help at all. Needs to work on his Customer service skills. I asked if he could listen to something because I felt I had a bad alternator and possible a bad belt. He told me you need to get a mechanic to listen verses him and pretty much brushed me off.
