I went in for a check engine light. Malcolm was there to greet me. Very receptive and positive attitude. Helped me out huge! Ask for him if you want to be impressed
Store 6182 Sales Associate/Technician "MALCOLM" was extremely helpful, respectful, polite and very knowledgeable on sales, service, products, etc. Saved me some money along the way with a few DIY projects!! Told Me the problem, addressed it and I left with a better understanding and idea. Much respect and gratitude!! This gentleman should definitely have his own store or be in corporate office!! He's that good!! Thank you sir!!
Came in at 7:30 am to have my battery checked after experiencing crank/no-start issues the night before. They tested my battery for free, told me it had no crank power left and helped me pick the right replacement battery. They were also generous enough to install the battery for me free or charge. Took all of about 20 minutes to be in and out. Very nice, knowledgeable people and great service.
The manger is spot on with everything i talk to him about he has helped me get the right thing for my car
