I had a radiator hose blow out on my 2019 Ram and the hose was only available for special order. This happend on a Sunday with most businesses closed. I brought in a piece of the hose to see if we could make something work and Joey was able to help me find a hose and other parts needed to get my truck back on the road the same day!
When Paul helped me today he was very helpful and friendly, but I came back for the second time to get a frame for my license plate. Two knuckle heads gave me a hard time. I have come here in the past and I had great service, but besides Paul that was a decent person the other two just turn me off about the place , good luck! Don't care for it any longer. Update 6/23/25. Still my go to. Michael D is a big help. First class service. …My go to auto parts store because the staff go the extra mile to make sure I leave with the right part. They know the business. Seems impossible to stump them, radiator, hoses, starter, alternator, sensors, tools, Acura, Toyota, Kia they have always been able to pull what I need off the shelf. Today Izzy and Madison tested my battery and alternator then cheerfully replaced the battery right then for no additional charge. Such a relief.
The managers here are knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate them and would recommend this specific location because of how helpful and efficient they make the experience. I needed an auxiliary battery replaced and they made the experience easier than it could have been.
