Shout out to Jess who worked diligently to exchange my battery which was very difficult to get out due to being improperly installed by Nissan! It was hot as heck outside too. Girl Power!!!
I went there for a battery service and they did well. Maya was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I went in due to my van not starting. I had gotten it jumped to get there. I told them I needed my battery checked. They came out tested it and said it’s a bad battery so we went in to purchase one. The guy installs it and then told me to start it and lo and behold it won’t start. He tried to jump it with a jump box and it would start. He automatically (without further testing) said it’s your starter. I asked if they can use their car to jump me so I can at least get home.
