Jason H was very friendly and helpful. I stopped at Auto Zone to see if I had a bad fuse in my car, because the USB port was not working. Jason came out to my car help remove the fuse and inspected the fuse. He did a great job of explaining what a bad fuse would look like and replaced the fuse. FYI, I stopped at a different auto supply store before going to Auto Zone and they basically told me fuses are in asile 4 on the right hand side. Mr. Jose T. -The Store manager was absolutely amazing and soo very helpful!! I needed a battery replaced and there was no hesitation!! He took the old one out and installed the new one under the blistering sun and did it with a smile and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank You!!
Stopped after work, Thought my battery was going bad. Walked in Jason was more than please to help me. I was correct, Battery was bad. He helped me get it changed out and new one in and on my way went. By helped me, I mean he did it alone while I watched. He explained each step he was doing. Super kind. I truly was so appreciative for his help. After 12 hours at work on a Sunday I didnt have anymore energy to find anybody to help.
Asked parts manager for help replacing the cabin filter in my vehicle. He balked and said he would not do the replacement, but would sell me the part. I asked if he had one, and he acted like he could not give me the exact part without knowing every detail of the car model beyond the year. I asked if he had any of the ones in stock that fit and of this car type. He went into sales mode and said "I have one in stock." Walking towards the warehouse he asked, "Do you want to buy it?"
