Mr. Polo Aguilera is always a superior gentleman, scholar and pjnowledgeablr professional as always.
Bad customer service just want to asume and only show you the cheap stuff and also fallow you in the store and just to randomly start scanning stuff in front of you where you’re standing and then following you every aisle that you’re in so annoying and its uncomfortable and then seeing that I’m on crutches/scooter, they just expect you to carry the stuff outside (over 100 pounds) and having to ask him for a cart and they give you attitude that they have to go get the cart. Just disappointed.
Amazing assistance from Jose Luis, being honest and updated me on my warranties of the parts of my vehicle. Also, his knowledge about his job while assisting me was noticeable....Thanks Autozone Team!
