I’ve visited four different Autozone stores in the last two weeks. One was in Pomona, CA, and the other three were in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, and National City. A common issue I’ve noticed is that any store pickup orders placed online are never ready when I arrive. Every time I’ve arrived expecting my order to be ready, I’ve been asked what I ordered and then taken a long time to get my products and order fulfilled.
