Associates and manager not very friendly. Advanced has better service in homestead. When you see a store take a huge dive from crappy employees (over the last few months) Autozone as a whole should make a change. How much money has to be lost before realizing a few specific employees are not in the right position? I think people higher up need to start looking at numbers and complaints and realize the same two individuals are the problem......

I wish I could write a better review because the staff were friendly to an extent etc. Had a diagnostic test done because we had a check engine light on and it came back air flow sensor which was something we already knew about not a problem. I know I’m a girl but I’m not stupid, I know a battery:brake light usually in most cases signifies an alternator problem. I went here to get oil and the staff were very friendly. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and there was plenty of parking outside. They have a large selection of car parts and accessories! I would certainly recommend coming here for your car needs.
