I went to this AutoZone after my car stalled at my uncles funeral. I needed to drive to New York and didn't know what was wrong with the car. I came in, spoke with Ashawn and asked for a vehicle scan. It appeared my battery was dead. I told Ashawn I purchased my battery at another location about two years ago. They looked in the system and advised me it was still under warranty. I had forgotten about that. It was a relief i didnt need to buy a new battery! Amazing service from Ashley and Tyler.
Customer service is literally non existent in today’s world. I stopped into this autozone to return an 02 sensor that I had purchased a few days ago with my receipt in hand. The manager opened the box and told me he could not return it because it was a different brand than what was on the box. The box was general motors, inside was Denso. Anyone who knows car parts knows that Denso is the OE manufacturer for GM for these sensors. I told him this and told him I have been in this business for 18 years.
