The staff management needs to improve significantly, as the customer service quality is very poor; employees are often rude and show a lack of professionalism. Additionally, wait times are excessive because staff members spend too much time with a single customer while everyone else waits without being helped. I hope you take action to ensure a more efficient and professional shopping experience."
