Placed a pickup order now 3 days ago,on a Friday haven't gotten an email saying it's ready yet. Called and sat on hold 43 minutes until I was hung up on. Called again and was immediately placed on hold again, twice so I hung up and wrote a review instead. I'm sorry for being disabled and unable to lift over 10lbs making employees lives harder and it's an inconvenience, I'd rather not be, but thats my reality. Polite, helpful, I'll recommend it, they advise you what product is for your car and will give directions on what's best for you to use the product if you are not aware.
