Fantastic Service. Came here today to get my battery replaced on my Subaru. Jamie was extremely helpful and swapped the battery for me, but there was an issue with the terminal reattaching to the battery. Three associates over the next hour helped with the problem, with Melvin being the victor. He managed to get it all fixed up and safe to drive. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Kind, polite and stopped at nothing to do a good job. I just wish I didn’t have a Subaru.
Thanks to Hector Campos my experience went for a okay to exceptional. I went to AutoZone for a new battery on my 2023 chevy blazer. They had the battery asked if it can be installed they said yes. Battery was purchased ($330). 1st person was not able to install the battery "it was to difficult, to many parts to take apart". I was so upset I had to return the battery, but that is when Hector showed up and said let me try. He did and got the battery installed. Austin G. handled my new battery purchase professionally and was really helpful in getting me set up and installed in store. Hector helped with install and was really friendly. I will definitely be returning here for future battery purchases. I came in with my engine taking some time to turn over and he made sure to check to make sure the new battery was up and running.
