I have been trying to get a part for my mothers brakes for 2 weeks. With Autozone they are having a supplier problem, and I was told to checkback every few days to see when the suplier has it in. every time you call they always need to put you on hold and we all know whats next 1. they make you wait about a half an hour or 2. they just forget about you all together. so now i take all my possible business to orileys i get better service and 99% of the time a better price anyways.
