I recently had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. After several attempts to get help, not a single employee — including the regional manager who eventually returned my call — knew how to search for a missing receipt. Shockingly, they couldn’t even locate a receipt that was less than a week old using their POS system. The level of incompetence and lack of effort was incredibly frustrating.
