My headlight was out. For the model you need to examine the bulb to determine which one is the replacement. When Robert determined that I had the car at his store he went out and got the old bulb. Due to the age of our car, being able to open where the blubs were was difficult. Robert and another person from the store helped get to the old bulbs and replace the new bulbs. Couldn't get what I needed but at least the staff tried to find what I was looking for.
Excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I was spoken to. Every employee spoke to me at least once. This crew gets it. I used to go to Oreilly’s all my life. But they didn’t have a part I needed in a crunch so I visited this Auto Zone and was blown away by the customer service! Oreilly’s hardly says two words and don’t offer to help. Great job Auto Zone! I’m a new loyal customer.
