DK was the goat, helped me figure out what battery i needed. He even installed it. 10/10
What started out as a stressful situation turned into an outstanding customer service experience thanks to Heather and DK at the Troy AutoZone. We stopped in after having battery trouble with our Yukon. I was broke down across the highway at the local bank . Could not get help to jump my car off. I called Auto Zone, Stephen answered and sent DK to help. DK git my car running so I could get to a repair shop. Very professional, kind . Thankyoy
