AWESOME SERVICE!! THANK YOU MICHAEL!! Alternator failed 8:30 p.m. in daughter's car while moving my daughter to Florida. Called just before closing and was told you had the part. Got a local hotel and got to your store in Paducah at 28th and Jackson street at 7:30 a.m. at open. Michael was there and was a big help. Tested to be sure charging system wasn't working. Sold me the part and allowed me to change the alternator in parking lot. I had all needed tools in my truck except a 14 mm wrench. Michael couldn't find one in lon... read more
You will not find better customer care and service! Nate Lowe went over and above to assist me with a car battery. He was patient, kind and informative. I would not go anywhere else!
I was in Paducah and my car got hot. Went to auto zone on jackson st. The man working his name was Michael B very nice man. He put antifreeze in it and check to see if it was leaking. I appreciate him doing that for me so i could get back home. Offered to pay him but he said no. We need more people like him. Thank you Michael B
Michael Bady was a great help with my battery, and went out of his way to go get me and my son when we were broke down and helped put a battery on my car. Above and beyond customer service! :) Thank you so much
