I popped in here when I needed a few basic parts for my vehicle, and it was a pretty middle-of-the-road experience. They definitely had a decent selection of items in stock, which was helpful since I was in a bit of a rush to get things fixed. However, the store was a little disorganized, and it took me longer than I expected to find exactly what I was looking for on the shelves. AWESOME SERVICE!! THANK YOU MICHAEL!! Alternator failed 8:30 p.m. in daughter's car while moving my daughter to Florida. Called just before closing and was told you had the part. Got a local hotel and got to your store in Paducah at 28th and Jackson street at 7:30 a.m. at open. Michael was there and was a big help. Tested to be sure charging system wasn't working. Sold me the part and allowed me to change the alternator in parking lot. I had all needed tools in my truck except a 14 mm wrench. Michael couldn't find one in lon... read more
