First of all, I want to say everyone we worked with was very nice and professional. Alex, the young man that helped us find a car we wanted, was wonderful and very attentive. I scheduled an oil change and my advisor was going to be delayed, so Reilly continue with my service. I wanted to share the professional, kind, and efficient service I received. Dropped my car off after a theft. Kia claims so many things that did not happen. some examples (cleaned up glass, did a multipoint inspection on vehicle, changed oil, and looked over vehicle completely for all issues) There was glass all over back seat when I picked up the vehicle I actually SAT on a piece of glass that cut my leg, they did not do a multipoint inspection on my vehicle as ALL of my fluid levels were LOW or EMPTY and my hood latch was completely BROKEN so either they broke it or never even looked under my hood... read more
The biggest issue is with the treatment from the service department management. The actual work is great. We have been servicing our Kia since 2019 or so. Each and every time there has been issues with the service department management. From being hung up on the phone, comments in person, mistreatment when my spouse try's to drop the vehicle off for repair. Overtly condescending to clients and to their own people. I worked with salesman, Manar Ali, at Van Nuys Kia on 9/1/25, and found him to be a very experienced salesman. Not only did he know his stuff, he was kind, funny, honest, and took the time (as well as his manager) to work with us to reach a price that I could afford for the purchase of a 2025 Kia Telluride. Since the vehicle was missing floor mats, he even was willing to ship those to me since I live out of that area, at no cost to myself. I would highly recommend MANAR ALI for your next car purchase.
The prices for an oil change and tire rotation at this place are insane.. I have had two done on my 2024 Kia Telluride. The first showed a charge of $87.06 for the oil change plus $24.95 for the tire rotation. The total was $122.19. That was in September of last year. I had another one done in February, 2025. The oil change was $87.06 and the tire rotations $55.50 for a total of $181.20. As part of that, there was a charge of $8.88 for the mechanic using his own tools.
