We went in at the end of a previous lease. We were very ably assisted by Scott Yaeger. He was super friendly and helpful. We re-leased with him and we'll go back again when this lease is up. He is fair and knowledgeable. It was a good experience!
Everything was okay. Way too long of a process. 5 hours over two days to buy a car is a bit much.
The final prep of the spare tire took a long time and then they forgot to place the wheel locks. I had to return.

Need clarification on maintenance package. I was told I have an additional year on top of 12 months that comes with lease agreement. I have a premier maintenance plan form which states 12 months 12k miles. Want to confirm this is a second year.
I had just a horrible experience with Scott Yager. Seemed like he was high as a kite and was chewing on his knuckels the entire time. Will never return!
Had a very positive experience here at Kia Auto World working with Alfredo Harris , he was very honest, will be sending my family and friends his way
Sales Rep was clean curtious and not annoying and aggressive, further more , He wasn't a cigarette smoker that wreaks the smell of nicotine as do some of your other reps do.. If it wasn't for this one rep, I would have went with another Brand all together.
Amazing how my review was removed after finding out that Joe Rosetti & Ty the financial guy ripped me off for $2,500. I received most of my money back, which took 4 months and have been promised the remainder next week. Ironically, I have found out that Ty is no longer there due to his dirty dealing after I got Kia Corporate involved! There service department is wonderful!
