This is the service manager spraying off the diesel fuel mess the "top" mechanic left behind after the fuel filters were changed and paid for $, I saw the mess and pointed it out, then reminded him when I had the oil and air filter changed a few months back the air box lid was left wide open for the drive home, my wife pointed out the loud air sucking noise I couldn't here from the cab as I pulled in our driveway, she said and you paid for this? These guys rock! Rolled in without an appointment 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and these guys were able to squeeze us in, figure out what was wrong with the car and fix it all within 45 minutes all while still hooked up to our trailer! Special shout out to Bill and Ron for going the extra mile!
Purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo last night. Salesperson Tammy was very professional and quite knowledgeable W/ the product. Finance Manager Keven was courteous and quite easy to work with. My Wife Annette and I were given a great deal and a fair price for our trade. Great experience, I would recommend anyone to go check out this dealership if in the market for a vehicle.
Three trips to get one problem fixed. Poor communication from service department. Sad. One star is misleading should be Zero.
I only wish that I could have chosen "no stars" as this qualified as the single most horrifying and disappointing experience that I have ever had with any company - and its especially painful when its an auto repair. The second worst experience I ever had was buying the 2011 Jeep Wrangler almost 5 years ago from the same organization (I'll leave that for another horror story).
