They took a long time to get to my car. They did say that they probably wouldn’t get to it until Wed and I didn’t hear back until Thursday. Also when I went back to pick up my car there was a pretty sizable dent in my back bumper. I called and asked if they had any cameras or anything to see if anyone had hit my car while it was there. I haven’t heard back from them. I will probably give them another chance to do other repairs but they have a couple of strikes.
I had my breaks worked on. A bolt had come out of the calipers. They fixed it & did a full check on my car, with a oil change. I had an estimate before the work was done. They were fast & courteous.
They were able to diagnose and repair our car quickly. They were great at explaining everything, and costs are rrasonable.
The service was great! The work done was clean and done well. They keep you informed of progress. Thank you Thomas for the great service.
I’ve been searching for an auto shop where I felt comfortable and had confidence in their ability to take care of my cars without trying to up sell me for something that I don’t need. As I’m in a wheelchair, I also needed a place that was easily accessible and had a good waiting area. I believe AutoWorks Car Care is that place.
