They took a long time to get to my car. They did say that they probably wouldn’t get to it until Wed and I didn’t hear back until Thursday. Also when I went back to pick up my car there was a pretty sizable dent in my back bumper. I called and asked if they had any cameras or anything to see if anyone had hit my car while it was there. I haven’t heard back from them. I will probably give them another chance to do other repairs but they have a couple of strikes.
RecommendedI had my breaks worked on. A bolt had come out of the calipers. They fixed it & did a full check on my car, with a oil change. I had an estimate before the work was done. They were fast & courteous.

As I’m in a wheelchair, I also needed a place that was easily accessible and had a good waiting area. I believe AutoWorks Car Care is that place.
