I went into AutoWorks for the first time yesterday, and I was absolutely floored by the genuine kindness of the employees. They were up front about pricing and the eta on when my car would be done. They did the necessary work on my car and did not “upsale” me on other unnecessary work like most other shops I have gone to. Highly recommend.
I presented a very difficult car problem to solve. They were so nice to offer me a replacement car while they figured out the problem. I didn’t need it. I really, really needed them to solve my intermittent convertible top problem. I didn’t mind leaving the car in their capable hands for however long it took. I had had the car checked at two other places, and they both referred me to AutoWorks. They have a great reputation. They fixed my problem. I can breathe easy now! Thanks!
