They show me my air filter and offer to replace it, but were not pushy when I said I can do that myself. I asked if they wanted to sell me a filter that I could put in. The guy said, "You would save by just buying the filter at NAPA yourself." WOW! They could have made a few bucks off me, but didn't. I love my new mechanic shop. I am a new loyal customer.

They let you know when to expect work to start, what the diagnosis is when they start work, and any additional concerns that arise. They get the job done right the first time. If it will cost more money or more time they let you know before they do the work. A great set of employees to work with.
