Normally a mechanic will call you because the found another problem and want to charge you more money. The only call I got was from Becky telling me when the guys were replacing the compressor, they noticed the serpentine belt was looking worn. Knowledgeable, friendly, fair pricing!! The only place we use for all of our auto needs i.e. oil changes, tires, repairs. My mom lives 3 hours away and drove her van to them for an A/C repair. Took my 2011 Jeep to them because the heater core went out. It’s a very complicated job. You have to take the entire dash, front seats, everything out to replace it. They started on the work, even though they were 2 technicians short that week, because this is the only car I have to get to work, and to take care of the kids. While, the repairs took a little longer that anticipated, they kept me in the loop, but like I said, they were short staffed. Overall, very friendly and professional staffed.
My family and I get excellent, reliable service every time. Repeat customers, and very satisfied.
Asked to have 1 thing changed gave me a price. Then came back with a laundry list of things that needed done and no estimate.They said hard to say how much it would be not writing a blank check to get screwed.All I did was asking for 1 thing to be repaired not a rebuild of the car.Dont go here!!!
