I called yesterday morning and they were able to get me in same day. They were friendly and courteous. They got my car in right away and 15 minutes later it was done! A simple repair actually handled in a simple, no-hassle way! I’m very impressed and will be back for sure if need be.
When I took my 2007 Honda CR-V to Autotech recently for a collision repair, Dean sucessfully insisted that the insurance company cover all manufacturer parts, rather than aftermarket parts. Further, he pointed out that a repair done a few years ago by a Honda dealer was done with aftermarket parts, and not to manufacturer specifications, possibly making the car unsafe. We have used Autotech a couple on times over the last few years. Unfortunately this time my van was totaled. We got an offer from our insurance co. Dean told me how the whole process works and what my rights were. He emailed me the NJ laws regarding my rights. With the information Dean gave me I called the insurance co. After a few calls we ended up getting almost $2,200.00 more the they originally offered us. THANKS DEAN!
Dean is the best. After an accident with a Progressive insured they tried to rip me off with a low ball estimate. Went tomAutoTech Collision in Washington Township and saw Dean who helped with my claim. He was warm and caring. Gave me some very good advice and helped me to get my claim settled. Very sincere and top-notch customer service at Autotech! I knew they had my best interests in mind, and wanted to make sure no corners were cut with the insurance company. They had my back, and persisted to get quality parts for my repair, and I felt comfortable knowing that - on a subject I otherwise know nothing about - I was getting the best. I'm glad I stuck with my gut and didn't let my insurance bully me into towing my car to one of their "preferred shops". I just got my car back and the quality of work is unremarkable. Thanks for putting your customers' safety and needs first.
