I had my first car incident (not to be confused with accident because I hit a trash can) and it damaged my car way more than I feel like it should have. But, Autotech took care of my car and made sure it was back to what it was, if not better, because it's practically a brand new car. I’m sad to say I’ve been in a lot of accidents and have used many different body shops. I was never satisfied and always had to take my car back for shoddy work. I will never take my car anywhere else but Autotech again. Dean and crew are amazing. They kept me informed the entire time, worked with the insurance company and rental. They use manufacturer oem parts automatically so you don’t have to fight for that. I basically just dropped off my vehicle and picked up a perfect car. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

You will not get more ethical service and compassion at another establishment. They will teach you how to handle claims and ensure that you get everything you deserve. All work is above any expectation you may have. Clean, professional, fair, honest and trustworthy.
Took my 2017 gti to Dean and him and his crew did a fabulous job. A mechanic at a shop damaged my side rockers putting my car up on the lift. Dean told me to bring my car on a Wednesday that he would look at it and see if they could be pulled with glue tabs by his PDR guy the next day. Instead, he was able to have it done for me the same day and it looks better than ever! Thanks for the great work yet again as he did body work on my previous Volkswagen R32.

There is no place like Autotech. I live 50 minutes away from this facility with body shops all over near me but with no doubt in my mind, I wanted Autotech to do the work I needed. What an awesome experience from beginning to end. Dean made this process very easy and told me how to go about everything. The estimate Geico gave me was only 10% of the actual cost but Autotech made sure they got the full amount for the job to be done right.
