Had a problem with my indicator lights. Got an appointment the same day. Mark in the Service Department was pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I’ll be back.

The service is always warm and welcoming. The service desk employees are always a pleasure. They are always thorough and knowledgeable. The end result of the visit was a beautifully detailed car and working parking sensor. My only concern was that they had my car for three extra days. (I had a loaner, but I couldn’t take my dogs in it, which is a big disrupter for me). And when I picked up my car, they forgot to put something back in my car that is standard equipment after cleaning. Maybe need better audit processes?

Eugene was able to give me an appointment for the next morning when I wanted to come in to have my tires checked A technician came outside as soon as I pulled up to take my keys and check my mileage Mark took care of me when I arrived. I told him the pressure reading I had been seeing for a few days and my concerns. We spoke about how long it had been since I last came when we had spoken about the miles left in my tires. Always excellent customer service and excellent vehicle service. The waiting area is very comfortable, and they are right on when they tell you an approximate time your vehicle will be ready.
