Our experience was positive from start to finish. Bill Backles was easy to talk to and answered our questions. We were able to take our time and really look at the RDX and MDX and make a sound decision. When we asked about a certified pre-owned we were shown options which were available and that led to us making an informed purchase of brand new vs CPO. Bill did not pressure us towards either direction but gave us all the information for both options.
