Very smooth and professional experience at the dealership. Bernardo put us right at ease from the very start at the location and then patiently explained the car's features in detail. I called and spoke to several dealerships and salespeople, but by far, Bernardo was the most honest and true to his word. Bernardo really made a positive impression!
