Amazing Customer Service! Wanted to say a special thank you to Steve and Frankie from Denville Acura for their amazing customer service this week! They made the transition to a new RDX super quick and easy, which was so appreciated! Frankie worked with me to get the best deal for our family, while Steve really invested time in showing me all the features the new RDX has to offer. Exceptional service Wow.... Is all I can say. Steve Victor made the entire sales process frawless. He went over the purchase of my new MDX and walked me thru all the features and explained it in detailed. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, do me a favor and ask for Steve Victor. I'll tell you right now, you will not regret the decision of having Victor as your sales associate. Best Acura Dealership! We recently got yet another Acura from this amazing dealership! We live 45 minutes away, but we would drive even further to go to this dealership. Amazing customer service. Pete and Frankie treated us like royalty from start to finish. The actual dealership is beautiful. If you’re looking for an Acura this is the place to go.
