I had a great experience with the dealership. I was there to get an MDX which had been advertised at a lower price. On inspection, I found out there was a water leakage through the door as it had rained the previous day. The salesperson, Bernado, quickly decided to show me another vehicle rather than getting the door gasket fixed. He showed me another MDX which was quite expensive but very low mileage. Brought my RDX in for its first maintenance check. Very pleasant folks, clean waiting area with snacks and tv. They told me the wait would be an hour and it was exactly that, and they explained findings after my car was checked. Plus they washed my car after servicing it! Bonus!

We had the most wonderful experience with Steve today, even though we couldn't reach an acceptable deal with the manager of the dealership we were highly impressed by Steve's professional, friendly an very genuine personality.
