Bernardo was fantastic. Very open and honest about the process even over the phone before I went for a test drive. I knew the price, all associated fees and all in price before I walked in the door. This helped me tremendously so I didn’t waste any time. Additionally Bernardo was very patient as I changed my mind on the Acura I wanted at least 3 times before my scheduled pick up date/time. Very easy to do business with this dealer. Thank you!
