I have to admit, I wasn’t intending on purchasing a vehicle when I stopped in at Acura of Denville. I initially called and spoke to Bill on the phone about taking a look at a TLX that I saw online. We got to chat for a good 10-15 mins which I really appreciated. It wasn’t like I called and spoke to a receptionist who scheduled an appointment from a call center, instead Bill was actually the salesperson who I would be dealing with the entire time so it made it feel very personable talking with the same person from A to Z.
