Terrible customer service!
I purchased my vehicle from this location in March 2025. I told them that there were a few things I wanted noted that the panoramic roof was having issues closing and the breaks were starting to make noises. I made my service appointment through customer service for Aug. 6th right at 10am. I was told that I would get a phone call later that day to confirm what they’d found with the issues that I had. Those issues being my panoramic roof, my key fobs weren’t being detected, check my breaks and fix small issues with the frame.... read more
