Very nice owners! I love my Honda CR-V!
Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable
They forgot we were coming but were accommodating and polite. The car was a bit too beat up for what we want but it wasn't due to dealership issues.
Dealership was very prompt on making contact and continued keeping me informed on the vehicle I was interested in. Only issue we had was that it appeared that the dealership was receiving my emails through CarGurus communications, so we had to skip that step and communicate with each other directly.
