Just horrible! Used them as a preferred vendor from a builder, clearly they get enough new and never returning business, to do the worst job imaginable. Installed our irrigation AFTER we already had our hardscaping/building done, sprinklers are spraying over our deck and patio slabs, areas of grass absolutely not touched by water. They KNEW they did a horrible job and had no shame in it. Look elsewhere for your irrigation needs.
Great communication, service & prices. I would recommend AutoRain to anyone in the area.
Their warranty states it covers start ups, blow outs, and any other service calls needed through out the season. Attaching proof here. I asked them to adjust my sprinkler heads (for the 2nd time this season) due to it sinking down in the ground which titled the head causing it to soak my front porch. In addition to this I also have a corner in the backyard where water doesn't reach and the yard is always dead. I was told that's just the way it is and everyone has this problem. Impossible to get a set time to come out. Even the vague dates given they don't show up. Never return calls or texts and then is annoyed when you finally do speak to them.
