Service department performance & customer service is CONTINUALLY subpar.

Service for cars is not EOM BMW
Im giving two stars because i am not sure who the receptionist is but her attitude needs adjusting. I would rather go to Lubbock than have to walk in and deal with her. She is extremely rude over the phone. Autoplex you might want to think again on who you have answering the phones.
Great to have Autoplex BMW here in town. Glad to buy my BMW parts there!!!
