Very personable, friendly, and helpful. She explained exactly was they were going to do, and was done pretty fast. Also the cat shuttle was offered, which I did need, and the gentleman was very polite and friendly.
Kyndra is always so sweet and helpful every time I need service on my X5! She gets everything done quickly and has it clean and waiting for me in no time.
