Please DO NOT buy a vehicle from AutoPlex. Try to buy from the large dealerships that offer real warranties. Please do not believe AutoPlex's 3-month warranty on the engine and power train. The 3-month service warranty gives you a false sense of security and does not cover what I needed to replace in the engine, so it's worthless. I bought a used vehicle and within 2 weeks it broke down and the check engine light came on. My fiancé and I just got a used 2004 Ford Explorer 4WD with 120,000 miles from Autoplex in Manassas VA. We love this SUV. The exterior and interior looked amazing. It runs so smoothly.. This has got to be the worst place to buy a car!!!!! My son, who is in Afghanistan, working for a Civilian contractor, for the DOD, found a truck he liked and put a deposit on it. I went there to buy it, and it was the worst looking truck I had ever seen!!! It is a Blue 2002 Dodge Ram 4X4 with 110,000 miles on it. In the pictures, it shows some material across the dash,.....and under it, is about 500 pieces of the cracked dash from sun damage!!!!! I don't know where these reviews came from but the service was way below poor!! I bought a vehicle from them and the next day I start getting hateful phone calls requesting things they already had. I finally after 3 days got that straightened out. I was issued temp tags that expired 09/04/2013. Two weeks before the tags expired I emailed Autoplex to find out where they were and if they had mailed them to me as promised. I got various responses. Mostly excuses. Best of the Best... – My fiance and I were looking for a used Nissan Pathfinder and visited a few dealerships in the Manassas area. We first dealt with SEHEE Nissan and the used vehicles they had were not very clean, the options listed on the internet were not correct and the salesperson was not very helpful.
