I can’t believe the unprofessionalism carried by Luis who answered aggressively. Luis didn’t greet so I wasn’t sure I had to ask if I called the correct place. Then I asked for parts he didn’t give me a chance to ask anything and kept repeating they are not open to public only to businesses with accounts. That’s understandable, if he gave a future account holder a chance to ask about opening an account instead of talking over me would have been easier for him instead of getting overwhelmed.
