I was trying to drive down the street and this driver in the API car , maroon car and guy with white hair not paying attention almost sideswipes my father and I and then does 20 miles an hour and a 35 minute mile an hour zone, so either he needs glasses or he’s not mentally all or too old to drive or something With them I’ll check it out immediately before he gets someone killed and they get sued
