Terrific, straight forward, organized. I bought car day I saw it.
Adam was great to work with, unfortunately there was a reasonable deal on the table and I didn’t pull trigger. I appreciate all the help, maybe I’ll get the next one.
Told me they would work with me in an open bankruptcy situation my credit score wasn't that bad so I drove fo 1.25 hours to see the car said they would help me then refused to take my phone calls and e- mailed me they were working on it. Nothing after that. If they could have just been professional and not have led me to believe they were going to help me when they had already decided not to help me. I am a business owner as well and I can understand plain english but these 2 guys were beyond that.
The dealer was not helpful at all I told the dealer I had a name change and my credit profile would not come up correctly she insisted on running anyway and told me I had a zero credit score which is untrue. I explained to her I researched credit after a name change but she consistent said my social would follow.
Good experience with the AutoOne team . I will check with them again in the future

Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable about my new vehicles history of ownership, maintenance, after market additions, and features on the vehicle without having to sit in front of a computer and read it off the carfax. It made me feel like there was a genuine care for helping me make the right vehicle decision and having all of the information I need to feel confident doing so. No pressure sales was also a major plus!
Allison was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my car shopping process. She made sure all the vehicles that I wanted to test drive were ready & waiting for me and I like how I was able to test drive the vehicles on my own. I was not in a situation where I had to buy immediately, therefore I had time to find something elsewhere that was just right. Otherwise, I did like all the vehicles that I test drove there. One thing I did not like was the musty strange odors in every vehicle that I test drove. Not sure why.... read more
