I had a good experience selling my car to this place. Came in with quotes from Carvana and CarMax and they were able to beat them both after seeing my car. My car was low miles, garaged and kept showroom condition. The online stores couldn’t see this even though I described it as such for their quotes. Best place to sell your used car, everyone else wants to low ball you but these guys are fair and the process is fairly easy and quick. Will 100% refer them to AutoNation.
Notice all reviews are either one star or five. Because any of the legitimate ones from actual people are one star. The rest are paid for/fake for marketing. They engage in bait and switch tactics, lie, and don’t take personal responsibility for things that are said by their own employees. I had a terrible experience trying to sell my car with AutoNation. They requested a signed and notarized Letter of Guarantee from my bank for the title. What followed was over a week of back-and-forth emails, phone calls, and multiple revisions to satisfy their excessive and inconsistent documentation requirements.
