I made an appointment to sell (buy out lease) of my Tesla model Y and then later saw the negative reviews and got nervous. Spoke to Tristan about the reviews and told him about minor damage and said I didn’t want to be lowballed or waist my time and that I already had an offer from carmax. To put my mind at ease, Tristan asked for pictures of the car including the damage, which I provided. I don't understand why anyone is even working on the appraisal team. I was speaking to 1 person that i guess was supposed to contact me and assist me with the appraisal but he barely speaks and doesn't offer an appointment to see the car in person to appraise and when i asked about another vehicle that i submitted cause i wanted to sell 2. He doesn't reply or bother to even ask about it. I then received an email from him saying my appraisal is updated so i asked what it was and if he sent me an email recently.
