Wooow a bullshit not recommended If you value yourself Don't trust them. They are like scam please please don't waste your time and money. They appraised my car $35,250 but on purchase day they said our system has a problem and can buy your car for $31000 . That guy was Christian and his manager was Hovid or something like that. Christian and his manager both started play the game yo pay less on my car . We traveled about 60miles because their calls and interested to buy my car. Don't trust them at all. Not recommended
Really impressed with this place. They offered me a great price on my car - $4500 more than the dealership where I was buying a new car. Tristin was great. He got back to me right away, and he really put a lot of effort into getting me the best deal.
I had a good experience selling my car to this place. Came in with quotes from Carvana and CarMax and they were able to beat them both after seeing my car. My car was low miles, garaged and kept showroom condition. The online stores couldn’t see this even though I described it as such for their quotes. AutoNation also quoted me lower online, but they adjusted their offer once they saw my car. They were fair and professional, as was I. Best place to sell your used car, everyone else wants to low ball you but these guys are fair and the process is fairly easy and quick. Will 100% refer them to AutoNation.
Notice all reviews are either one star or five. Because any of the legitimate ones from actual people are one star. The rest are paid for/fake for marketing. They engage in bait and switch tactics, lie, and don’t take personal responsibility for things that are said by their own employees. I was lured into bringing my car in by a fake bid (that i had confirmed ON THE PHONE with their one of their employees and had disclosed any cosmetic issues with the car).
