This is for repairs. Went in for oil change and tire rotation for my 2024 Taos, got the ridiculous spiel that I need $600 additional services (including strong encouragement to change brake fluid- why?). Declined as it’s a new car. Did ask them to check my squeaky brakes. $650 for rear rotors and brake pads, frustrating in a new car. The employee used a calculator and sticky note to work out my coupon, it didn’t match my math. Also, 4.5 hours of waiting.
