anyone else get sucked in to buy A car from them and find out that the car was damaged before you got it. i have been to 6 body shops all saying this car was damaged prior. they say no. now i am on the hook for it Do not buy A car there you will get stuck like me
Service was great as usual. My service advisor Daniel Web always attentive, polite and made sure everything needed was done. The waiting are was very comfortable and made the time go by fast. Great experience as usual.
After eight years of loyalty and three Toyota’s bought and served at AutoNation Toyota, I won’t be back. I brought a car in for ToyoGuard maintenance and walked out writing a check for $1,200, after being sold services that were unnecessary (then refusing to cancel them), overpriced tires and alignment, then charging almost $600 for a second key that was promised to me when I bought the car there but never provided (excuse being that I took to long to get it). Great service from the Service Managers! I was assisted by Daniel Webb and Daniel Nardinocchi and they both exceeded my expectations with my car service. Also, Johana from the cafeteria is super friendly and the shuttle service is excellent. This time Stew was my driver, who was very pleasant. I highly recommend the Service Team at AutoNation Toyota Weston!!!
