Another great experience with Champion Toyota. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through this dealership. They aim to please.
Beware of things missing before you leave the dealership – (floor mats, cigarette lighter, hub cap keys, extra key) I bought a new/used car with only 8000 miles. It looked new not a scratch.The floor was covered in plastic wrap on test drive.They said they needed to do a make it ready. It was dark when I got to drive it home. When I called the next day to get the mats they said car didn't have mats.The used car sales man got me some crappy old stained mats that almost matched in color as a favor. Stay Away! – I went here to buy a used car with cash. The salesperson, Jose, was great. After that everything went south. I was told to wait for the finance department to finalize my transaction. "It will be very soon" they said. Understand this is already after they had my money. I waited, and waited, and I can understand people being busy, but there is nothing busy about the way the finance department staff exhibited there lazy attitude by shuffling back and forth without helping anybody.
