They were the only dealer to respond to my email inquiry with "real numbers". I leased a 2026 Prius LE through the Toyota leasing program, which had several "cash bonuses". They cut a square deal and although I had to practically give away my 2011 Cadillac CTS wagon because of electrical/electronic issues, they gave me a square deal. No BS. No bait-and-switch. No arguments. I dealt with Larry and I would highly recommend him as a salesman. Morris handled the financials and was a pleasure to work with. No-stress deal.

Deeply dishonest both in sales and repairs. These people are professional liars. I have never had a worse experience at a car dealership than at Haddad Toyota. AVOID!!!
I have been getting my Toyota serviced at Cox for the past several years without a lot of issues. I bought a 2025 $60.000 plus SUV from Toyota of Warren on August of 2025. I was told the second key needed to be located but they would provide a second key. After several months, I was told it could not be found and I would have to have one made at the cost of approximately $350. Went in today to complete final paperwork on a Rav4. Xavier said him and Carlos got the deal I needed if I would just do one thing for them.....scan the QR code and give them a 5star using their names. I gladly did it in front of them as they had been a great help and held the car for me while I attended a funeral. After about 20 minutes they came back and said the GM would not let them sell the car for that! Lie straight to my face to get the 5 star rating.
