I do recommend this place for services. only bought one vehicle there. but last time I took my car (Lexus...just last week) for me brakes, front and back, I paid nicely for. They didnt even wash my car after having it 3 whole days. I had to wait for parts to come in. please wash the cars. it's nice to get the car back cleaned. thanks.
I had body work done at the collision center. Megan, the collision estimator was professional and showed me the areas that would be addressed for any damage. The work was done in a timely manner.
We had our 4 Runner service and everything was so organized. The safety of all customers were very well planned. The service was very speedy and very professional. Very service has been well done and complete. I recommend them very highly because their professionalism is above average .
your staff is discourteous and the very delayed in prompt service.
I love the female from Poland that works there. Honestly she is the only reason I keep coming back. I had a free oil change and they tried to get me to get my cabin filter changed. Toyota's technician said it needed to be changed. Well my husband, an ex auto mechanic, changed it himself. It was 7 days old.

I’m extremely happy with their service & the service advisor Mike. He is knowledgeable & has lots of patience with my questions. I value his advice and his attitude in giving the best possible service. I drive from Laredo to Corpus to service both Toyota’s. This kind of service wasn’t provide in my experience here in Laredo.
Workers are very nice but they take F o r e v e r !!! There has to be a quicker process to buy a car!!
