The service center was closed when I drove up. I had my windshield whisper to bend on the road. Scotty Evans took it off and straightened it for me. I live 6 hrs away and he helped me forever thankful.

JOJO. Was marvelous with me. She calmed me with her relaxed manner. She made a difficult few days much easier. She explained everything so I was able to understand. She’s a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I will ask for her when I return to Toyota.

I had my vehicle towed so they could fix a flat tire since I have Platinum roadside assistance and platinum tire & wheel with key. Ambur tells me I have no coverage. It's a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I have my paperwork showing that I do have coverage. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait over an hour so they could locate my keys and vehicle. It was a horrible recall experience. I took the car in for a recall fix on a Thursday. The next day after I picked the car up, the dash board light starting flashing "check engine, contact dealer. Call the dealer on Saturday morning and explained the situation to whomever answered my call. I was told that the service department was too busy, to come on Monday. Harold was awesome!!! and still is. He calls after the sale just to check on things. He was so understanding and eager to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I was extremely happy with the purchasing of my new RAV4, so far really pleased😄
