I drove my Prius into the service department on my emergency tire and my 6 month old flat tire in the back of my car just before closing. Pete Amezola went above and beyond to diagnose the cause and order a new tire for me to have installed the next morning as I had a 100 mile trip the next day. The help from Pete was above and beyond my expectations and a plus for the Service Department of AutoNation Toyota Buena Park.
Had a nail in my tire and a new tire had to be ordered. All good. Brandon Aterrado kept me up to date and the service was excellent. Thank you.
Amazing!! They went out of their way to help me and they made sure I was taken care of. Alison was wonderful and made conversation with me. She took care of me and made sure I had a ride to where I needed to go since my car was in the shop. I will for sure be going back to this Toyota!
They are good in service in u car but they are terrible customer servic i bring my car for service and after I picked up i found i big ass scratch they say they don’t do it just try to be be careful with this people mske sure u guys before and adteru car
Bought a 2017 Sienna from AutoNation BP. Randy Ramirez was our dealer. He did a fantastic job in getting us the best deal. I called all the dealers in the area and no one could beat his price. Highly recommend checking him out if your looking for a new car.
I went to test drive a car that I was interested in after my husband went from dealer to dealer trying to find the car I wanted. When we arrived we were approached by a lady that basically told me I didn't need to buy a new car. Who the hell is she to tell me what I need. I went to leave and said no - I want this car. So we went back inside to see the manager and waited 15 minutes and he/she never came . So needless to say I'll find this vehicle at another dealer and give them my business.
